Gisele Bundchen worked hard to maintain her famous body throughout her pregnancy and was still kung fu kicking two weeks before she went into labour.

The Brazilian stunner only gained 30 pounds (13.6 kilograms) during pregnancy and found it easy to lose her baby weight - because she didn't over indulge or give up her fitness regime.

She tells the new issue of Vogue magazine, "I did kung fu up until two weeks before Benjamin was born, and yoga three days a week.

"And I think a lot of people get pregnant and decide they can turn into garbage disposals."

Bundchen and her footballer husband Tom Brady welcomed their son in December (09).
