Appearing at the City of Westminster Magistrates' Court in London on Friday (11Feb11), the 21 year old was also accused of being a part of the 100-strong mob that targeted Charles and his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, as a three-car convoy made its way to a theater during the protests.
It has since emerged Gilmour is suspected of throwing a rubbish bin at one of the cars, and accused of sitting on a vehicle carrying royal protection police officers, according to reports.
He has been freed on conditional bail and the case was adjourned until 25 March (11).
