Courtney Love's estranged daughter Frances Bean Cobain is mourning the death of her beloved French bulldog.
The 20-year-old rock offspring, Love's only child with tragic rocker Kurt Cobain, reveals black pooch Uncle Fester passed away during surgery.
In a series of Twitter.com posts on Thursday (28Mar13), she writes, "I am beyond devastated. I will miss his giant head and alien/gremlin personality & his big dumb dopey grin.
"Essentially he died in his sleep, which is all I could've asked for. I am greatful (sic) his suffering has ended & that he is somewhere peacful (sic) without pain. I'm greatful for the love he exuded & the happiness that filled my life because of his existence... He will forever be embedded in my heart & I will miss him eternally."
