The couple was travelling from New York to Los Angeles earlier this week (begs23May11) when a passenger started vomiting and then suffered a seizure.
Their bodyguard, named Pascal, helped flight attendants move the man into an aisle, where a doctor performed CPR.
The plane was diverted to Las Vegas, according to TMZ.com, and the passenger was treated at a nearby hospital - and the stars are proud of their pal.
In a video posted on the website, Josh Duhamel says, "My man Pac helped save him", while Fergie adds, "He's a hero!"
