Michael Fassbender embarked on a 5,000 mile (8,046 kilometres) motorcycle trip across Europe in 2011 after shooting movies back-to-back for almost two years.
The Hunger star's busy schedule, which saw him film six projects in just 20 months, took its toll on the actor and he rounded up his father and a pal for a biking holiday.
He tells Britain's Daily Telegraph, "My dad, a friend and I took a motorcycle trip around Europe. We covered 5,000 miles. That was a good way to unwind for two months."
