The Love Like This star was hit with the tax lien earlier this year (13) by officials at the State of California, who claim the R&B star has unpaid bills dating from 2011.
It marks the latest in the singer's financial woes - in 2010, Evans was ordered to pay more than $360,000 by officials at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) over missed tax payments.
