Evan Rachel Wood has Kirsten Dunst to thank for helping her get used to rejection in Hollywood, because she became stronger after losing out to the actress...
Dunst walked away with the role and won rave reviews for her breakthrough performance, and Wood, who was just five years old when she auditioned for the part, admits she was left "heartbroken".
She tells Britain's Stella magazine, "I was heartbroken. But that's how I learnt to deal with disappointment - it made me stronger and I never got that upset again."
