The Desperate Housewives star was scheduled to take the stand and face off with Roman Gasparyan later this month (Aug12) but she has settled with him out of court.
Longoria maintains she was not at fault.
The settlement was announced in Los Angeles on Friday (03Aug12), reports TMZ.com.
