The Harry Potter star's spokesperson told Britain's Daily Mail newspaper that the pair broke up a month ago (Nov14) and insisted the parting was "amicable"
Watson's hectic work schedule combined with Janney's studies at England's prestigious Oxford University meant the couple could not make their relationship work.
The star's spokesperson also revealed that, contrary to reports, the pair had not moved in to live together.
