Rap mogul Dr. Dre has listed his massive Los Angeles mansion for $35 million, just weeks after buying supermodel Gisele Bundchen's former home in Brentwood, California.
The hip-hop heavyweight and his wife, Nicole Young, are leaving behind the estate in the Hollywood Hills as they prepare to move into the $40 million French-style property previously owned by the Brazilian beauty and her athlete husband Tom Brady.
Dr. Dre first purchased the Hollywood Hills house in 2011 for $15.4 million, and the property boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a view of the ocean and a large infinity pool.
The rapper bought Bundchen's former abode just days after Apple bosses announced they had acquired his Beats Electronics and Beats Music brand for $3 billion.
