Soul legend Diana Ross is celebrating the arrival of a new family member after her daughter gave birth.
Chudney Ross, from The Supremes star's first marriage to music business manager Robert Silberstein, welcomed a daughter, Callaway Lane, in Los Angeles on Wednesday (19Sep12).
Announcing the happy news via Facebook.com, the new mum writes, "We are so excited to welcome Callaway Lane to the world! She was born on September 19, 2012 at 6:40pm and weighs 7 lbs 8 oz!"
It is her first child with partner Joshua Faulkner.
The tot is the Chain Reaction hitmaker's second grandchild - her eldest daughter Rhonda gave birth to a son in 2009.
