Sean 'Diddy' Combs has undergone surgery on his shoulder to treat an "old injury".
The rapper was sported with his arm in a sling at an event in Miami, Florida this week (ends04Dec11), and a representative for the star has confirmed he recently underwent an operation to fix a recurrent problem.
A spokesperson for Combs tells E! Online, "Diddy had minor surgery on his shoulder to fix an old injury."
