The actors star in the new version of the classic 1985 vampire film and Farrell threw himself into the bloodsucking role.
Mintz-Plasse tells Britain's The Sun, "Colin had these prosthetic fangs on that were quite sharp... He punctured my neck and left me bleeding. He has scarred me for life."
