Clooney spends Thanksgiving with Gerber and Crawford in Mexico

George Clooney and his girlfriend Stacy Keibler celebrated their second Thanksgiving holiday (22Nov12) together with pals Rande Gerber and Cindy Crawford after jetting off to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

The Hollywood hunk whisked former wrestler Keibler off to Central America last year (11) and they are fast making the holiday getaway a tradition.

The pair was photographed checking into the Las Ventanas Al Paraiso resort on Thursday, accompanied by Clooney's best friend and business partner Gerber and his supermodel wife Crawford.

Clooney began dating Keibler in July, 2011.
