R&B star Tank celebrated his 39th birthday on New Year's Day (01Jan15) by becoming a new father.
The singer and his girlfriend Zena Foster welcomed son Zion on Thursday and he shared the news with fans early on Friday (02Jan15) by posting a sweet Instagram.com snap of himself holding the newborn.
In the accompanying caption, Tank writes, "I'll teach you how to be a good boy. I'll teach you how to be a respectful young man. I'll teach how to be a respected man.
"I pray all my teachings help you become an even better father than I am... I love you Zion.."
The baby is Tank's fifth child - he and Foster are also parents to daughter Zoey, while he has three other kids from previous relationships.
