The Mercy hitmaker went on a festive shopping spree at a Toys R Us store in Detroit last weekend (21-22Dec13) and stocked up on goods such as board games, stuffed animals, dolls, and headphones for kids at the Children's Hospital of Michigan.
According to editors at TMZ.com, the star also made a generous donation to the children's ward during his visit.
