Sugababes star Amelle Berrabah has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after she was arrested in the early hours of Thursday morning (23Sep10).
Cops were called to the British singer's home in Camden, north London following an alleged bust-up between the star and her boyfriend Tom Benn.
Officers arrived at the apartment block to quiz the pair before leaving, only to receive another emergency call minutes later to report Berrabah for alleged drink driving, according to Britain's News of the World.
She was arrested and later bailed.
A spokesperson for Scotland Yard says, "Amelle Berrabah will appear on bail at Highbury (court) on Friday, October 8 charged with driving with excessive alcohol."
