The One Tree Hill star admits she
And Silverstone's recipe book, The Kind Diet, has convinced her she can still enjoy eating as a vegan.
She says, "I'm slowly trying to do the vegan thing, so I'm not really a vegan yet but I'm working on it. My family is Italian (and) my whole life has consisted of great meat and great cheese. I read Alicia Silverstone's book and I'm trying some of the recipes out."
