George Clooney is facing more surgery to fix his smashed elbow....
Asked to comment on his basketball game during a night out in New York on Tuesday (10Jan12), The Descendants star told TMZ.com, "(I've got) a little more surgery (left)."
It has not been made clear how the movie star came by the injury in the first place.
