How did that come about? iglu & hartly: He used to be DJ Ilu and my name was Harley Dark. iglu & hartly: So you couldn't really understand it. iglu & hartly: We'd be on stage like DJ Ilu and Harley Dark and you know, you lose people with 13 syllables, so.

Now in this city, is that based on LA? iglu & hartly: It's about LA. iglu & hartly: Nothing really was happening. iglu & hartly: It was kind of a really big struggle just to like uh do anything and then the words just came out.

You all recorded house together, right? iglu & hartly: It was in Echo Park and we lived in the bottom of a canyon and this house is like free love, free vibes. iglu & hartly: Then we got sued by our neighbors for like nuty, smoking weed on the roof. iglu & hartly: Like, how did they even know? iglu & hartly: They had binoculars. iglu & hartly: We're not a destructive group of people, but it's just really fun to throw an empty beer bottle at a cactus, you know.

So, if Young Hollywood were to come into your house, what could they expect? iglu & hartly: Uh, they could expect a lot of garbage, a lot of a lot of like weird stuff.

What can't you stop listening to?

Who are you obsessed with right now? iglu & hartly: Bon Iver, which is like a pretty good new guy. iglu & hartly: MGMT is always good. iglu & hartly: I've been going through like a Bob Dylan phase for like three years.

I have a feeling I should ask you this question, but what was your last big night out and what did you do? iglu & hartly: I have great nights out all the time like as an individual. iglu & hartly: That's a good feeling you do. iglu & hartly: But our last great night out as a band was in Munich, Germany. iglu & hartly: It was the last night of our tour. iglu & hartly: We spent like three hours at the Hofbrau house. iglu & hartly: So, we thought it was a good idea to finish off like five or six each of these things. iglu & hartly: So that's like 20 beers in your system. iglu & hartly: So then we walk into our show and it's all silent and like it's all weird and they're like, dude, you were like 20 minutes late to your show. iglu & hartly: And when we get on stage, we're like, you guys, we're going to play this this right now. iglu & hartly: Who's ready to party? iglu & hartly: Booker takes a beer and he throws it all over the stage. iglu & hartly: We're like, kind of weird, like, oh, that's I guess so. iglu & hartly: It rips off his shirt and he slip and slides across the entire stage, you know, and that kind of set the tone. iglu & hartly: I really got to pee for this.

You got to pee? iglu & hartly: Yeah, but I mean should we
