Asher Angel: Our Top Moments

How much do you guys relate to your characters on the show?

I mean, I relate, we all relate to our characters. Um, I play Jonah Beck. He's a popular, sensitive, thoughtful guy and he's the captain of the Ultimate Frisbee team and Andy's secret crush. Asher is all of those things except anyone's secret crush. Burn.

Our girl Annie LeBlanc, we just met her, she's so fun. I want to know did you guys have any fun like behind the scenes like moments that you can share?

Yeah, uh on on the music videos are just just in general.

In general.

Um, well I like to pull lots of pranks on her.

You do?

I'm kind of a prankster, so that's usually what I'm doing when I'm with her. Not even just pranking her constantly and she gets super mad. I actually have like a bunch of scare cans of me scaring her mom and Haley and her. So that's love doing that. She gets so mad. It's so great. Hopefully she doesn't see this cuz then she'll prank me. But uh she's scared to prank me because she knows I'll get her. Oh no. Which is fair, right? It's fair. But no, we just she's she's so great. Um, the first time I met her was on the chemistry music video and she was just so fun and like she's a little shy, but then I was like, okay, stop being shy. I know I know you're not shy. She's like. She's so sweet. She's so fun and she's very supportive and she's the best.

Um, those guys look like the Migos. They look They look like Migos. Oh my oh my god. And Ariana Grande and hopefully one of them get one of them gets slimes. That'd be that'd be interesting.

Okay, this is easy. Um, we're soaring, flying. Wow. You have a really great voice. Is this like Oh wait. Should I pass it? Oh, I think it ended. Your final score was three. Wow. Okay, that was great. I just want you to keep singing though.

Yeah, I think that was cool. For the boomerang. This is going to be a big mess. It's not. Oh.

A sound effect. The sound effect made it so much better. Was there a time on set that you couldn't stop laughing?

Constantly. That's me. I never stop cracking jokes, but I'm the only one that laughs at my own jokes. So therefore I'm standing there laughing by myself. But it's okay. You know, it's fine. It happens. But yes, there's lots of moments. I don't recall the one that I I don't recall the last one, but there were there are a lot of moments. There's It was great. I don't know. Who knows? It's great. Yeah, sure.

What was the highlight of the video to you?

The highlight. It's hard. So many things. No, there's so many things. Um, some of the dance sequences as I said. I already said that, but whatever. It's fine. Um, we got to shoot that in the rain. You didn't see it cuz that's what posts is for. But we that was pretty cool um like singing the song and like jumping and dancing in the rain. That was pretty sick. That was that was cool. For sure.

I am a huge fan of Wiz Khalifa. With your butter voice and Wiz on that track, it's so good.
