Set Visiting The "Ghost Whisperer"

Hi. My name is Christoph Sanders, and I play Ned Banks on Ghost Whisperer. And this right here, this is my trailer. Now I'm going to take you guys on a tour of stage 18. Come on. All right, here we are at stage 18. We're going to go check out Melinda's house. Come on. This is Melinda's house. This is where the next scene I'm filming takes place. I end up having a keg. Come on in, check it out. Walking into the living room. This is where the next scene is going to be taking place. We are. This is her dining room. Everything is not as it seems. Knives aren't sharpened, fruit's not real, not real granite. But uh, it all looks good. It looks good on TV. And uh, these are other sets. This is the garage. And her bedroom is up there. And uh, that's that.

Marker. Hey guys, we are here in Melinda's living room on set of Ghost Whisperer with Christoph Sanders. Is this a place you spend a lot of time?

This episode, I end up house sitting for Melinda and then some friends of mine show up with a keg and a party ensues, so it's my friends show up with it and there's nothing I can do. I'm not going to, you know, refuse a keg coming in. So, yeah, I'm like come on, you know.

You're working with an amazing cast. Tell us some stories about them.

They're great. I mean, the first day I came into shoot, you know, I shot with, I believe it was Jay, Cameron, and love, you know, all in the same day. And so I got to meet everybody pretty much right away. I've been out here for I guess a couple of months and, you know, Cameron was like, "Hey, come on over. I'll make you crepes."

And when you're calling Jennifer Love Hewitt "Love," that means that you're pretty close.

Right. Yeah. I yeah. I like to think so. Sure. Yeah.

Now, I don't know if this is true, but I read somewhere that she's given you some dating tips and she kind of keeps up on your your dating life. Is that true?

Yes, she makes sure that I that I'm getting out there and dating.

Were you a fan of anyone that you're co-starring with now on the show before?

I used to watch The Practice. Camryn Manheim getting to work with her, especially having her as my mom on the show. I mean, that's been great.

Are you a believer in ghosts?

Not so much in the fact that there's, you know, people actually floating around us like there are in the show. But uh, but I definitely believe in the the energy that we all have, the power that some people have to read that, you know, ESP or whatever you want to call it.
