Damn, I'm fired up.
Young Hollywood. I'm young still. What's up guys? Leslie Robbins here for Young Hollywood, coming to you from the brand new home of the Los Angeles Clippers. That's right. It's called Intuit Dome, and you better watch out NBA, this place has got it's going on. Okay, it's VIP in there. What makes a basketball watching experience VIP to you?
The good snacks and the good snacks and great friends.
So talk about the glam on the outside, on the inside.
LA is bringing it. This place is going to be global. People understand that this is the city for entertainment. And so if we can have a moment like this, a dome like this, a star like Bruno who's going to bring so much magic to this night, I mean, it's like, why wouldn't we be the center of the planet? You know when you've made it, when not only are you on all the sports blogs, but you're on all the design blogs. I was like, ooh, the intersection for me is beautiful. So I, I literally can't wait to get in here because I've only seen photos. And I'm ready to go be wowed by this because it's magnificent. Gourmet food, amazing toilets, cushions. It's like VIP all the way in there.
You actually the first three things you said, you hit everything that I love. Food, good toilets, and cushions. That's all the only things I care about in a stadium.
What about the Los Angeles Clippers? This is their new home. Do we care about that too?
I've been a long time Clippers fan. I'm I'm probably the most hardcore Clippers fan. Uh, I've I've I've been a Clippers fan ever since I was 13 years old when we moved to America. You know, that was at the Coliseum I think back in the day. There's no bad seat in this dome. If you sit all the way at the top, it feels like you're literally on the floor. It's it's one of a kind.
Toilets. I want to see these toilets. I hope they have all the bells and whistles as well.
Well, there were chargers on every seat by the way.
There are. See what I'm saying? Like chic chic chic LA.
Talk about what a dome like this does for the community, for Los Angeles, because this is an entertainment Mecca now.
It's great for the economy, you know, and it's exciting for the people, something new to do and yeah, it gives people jobs and opens up opportunities. Now we finally got our own home. So it's very special. And this hopefully will be the first of many rings for the Clippers in this stadium. Second guest: No, it's going to be great. Um, you know, the singer of Englewood is is a great place. Um, I'm glad we could do this do this for everyone. Um, I wouldn't pick a better city than in California to be in, so this is it's cool. We we like to say, uh, the only thing that's changed in Englewood is everything except the people. It's super cool. I'm I'm super thankful and grateful for the opportunity to have this be, you know, my first ever arena that I play in and to have this kind of, you can see the community out here coming to support. We just trying to make sure that everybody is in the community safe, everybody's coming out, having something to do and, you know, with this being here, I mean, they obviously can come to a game and and have a amazing night.
I'm rooting for the Clippers. They're going to have a great home. This place is beautiful. Good parking, great lots. It's going to be easy to get in and out. So, come on and get your tickets. But don't forget about the concerts because the concerts are really great too.
Isn't it nice to have a billionaire owner like Steve Balmer?
Thank you very much, Uncle Steve. Uh, we appreciate this.
Take me into the locker room. Have you been in there? Cuz I hear that's just as nice if not nicer than where the fans get to sit.
Yeah, I think Cam's been in the locker room already. Second guest: Yeah, I've been here. It's it's crazy. It's the size, the space. I mean, it's it's the lockers themselves. It's it's ridiculous. I mean, when when whenever anybody sees it, they're going to be like taking it back and and wowed. So, I mean, it's just super cool.
Your coach, coach Lou, it's coming off a gold medal. How do you think he's going to handle you guys now? Second guest: Man, hopefully hopefully hopefully pretty easy. Uh, you know, hopefully he's excited about what he had going on, but he's going to bring it to energy and, you know, just bring his determination like as we know he will and, you know, hopefully we'll get a ring as well. I definitely can't wait to be the be the first team on this floor and and have a whole lot of fun here and bring some excitement to the to the city of Inglewood. I think it's going to be great, entertaining basketball, high IQ basketball, and you know, a lot of dunks, a lot of bodies for sure.
Lou, put me in the game, coach. Put me in the game. Nah, I'm lying.
Picture yourself sitting there, watching the Clippers. I'm sure you have court side seats cuz, you know, you're special and famous. Yeah, well, so you're watching the game, you're watching the Clippers. What food? What drinks are you enjoying watching the Clippers?
I'm a wings and uh, soda type of girl. So, I'm going to have some fries, some wings, you know, a little messy.
A burger. A good burger. A glass of tequila with big ice in it. Some chicken tenders or something, yeah. Second guest: I have some white fish with some lime on it.
A hot dogs and popcorn.
A sushi is always good for courtside. You know, you don't you can't be like slurping ramen and the players slip on it. Maybe some wine.
So, obviously I'm having a lot of snacks, you know, the popcorns and all that stuff. Some potatoes on the side, some Brussel sprouts. Look, you're getting hungry already.
Every piece of food that you go taste in there. They've taste tested it. Lots of different vendors and picked the absolute best. So the quality of the food is frankly unlike anything I've seen.
Hopefully I'm getting one of everything on the menu, honestly. Always spicy. You can always count on me for a little spice.
