Young Hollywood

We are still hanging out here at the Belvy Music Lounge in Coachella. Now we got Dirty Vegas with us. How goes it?

Dirty Vegas

Yeah, good. Good. Pretty good.

Young Hollywood

Well, let's talk Coachella style. You guys got it going on. You got the colored shades, seem to be what everybody's rocking this year. Was that a conscious decision or you just happen to have?

Dirty Vegas

No, I bought them myself my Southwest. So, there you go. Thank you very much, Carl. But, uh, no, um, and we just picked up some new shades, so we we're right for shades. I mean, if I lose a pair, which you always lose a pair every festival. You just need your spare pair. So, you have like your $10 one and your $200 ones. But, uh,

Young Hollywood

Smart thinking.

Dirty Vegas

You always lose the $200 ones. Yeah. The $10 ones you can't even lose if you tried.

Young Hollywood

You guys have been here before. So give us like the tips. What are the three pointers you would give to someone that's never been out of Coachella? Make sure you do.

Dirty Vegas

Sunscreen, drink water. And uh, I it's not I'm saying it, but um, try not to go to the festival before 5:00 or 6:00 because in that heat, you you die. You you or just be in a tent. Stay in a tent. Don't go outside. It is absolutely it's unbelievably hot. Um, but at night, the the sound systems, the shows are amazing. I was lucky enough to see go to last night and see the Chemical Brothers and they destroyed the place. It just looked incredible. The sound was amazing. The catering's good at Coachella. The food's good.

Young Hollywood

Oh, the food trucks.

Dirty Vegas

You got all the food trucks. The food's very good. The um, the VIP bit at the back is very nice. It's it's just it's quite a nice festival.

Young Hollywood

So, let's just talk real quick. Dirty Vegas outside of all the festivals. What you guys got going on in your world now? Because you're always doing some cool things.

Dirty Vegas

Yeah, we're about to head off on a US tour next week. Keep moving on. So, we've just been off in um, uh, around Asia. We just did China, Thailand, Korea, which is pretty mad. We haven't been home for about three months.

Young Hollywood

Where is home even now?

Dirty Vegas

Home for me is London, and home for me is LA. So, let's London. Good. I need to go home soon. I got so much sleep in my bed, I need to go and see. So, there you go.

Young Hollywood

There you go. Coachella 2011. Thank you very much, Vegas.
