Um it's at home in the closet. You know, winning a Super Bowl is actually a great experience. And the reason I don't wear my ring is this one guy told me, his name is Big John. He's one When I went to Michigan, he's the uh equipment manager. And he when he got he has tons of rings from Bo Schembechler and all that. I said, John, which one your best ring? He said, the best friend best ring is the next ring.

I love it. So you're known for your sacks. Right. Particularly postseason you've set records. Right. For number of sacks. How do you keep yourself Cuz a lot of people you've talked about have sort of peak and then their energy dies out towards the end of the season. How does Lamar Woodley keep the the level going up?

I mean, I just feel like if I'm out there doing my job, you know, we got a high chance of winning. So, I want to make sure that I, you know, I'm doing my role on the team and that's getting after the quarterback. So, if I'm out there hitting quarterbacks, knocking them down, I feel like the chances of winning is is higher because I'm out there, you know, taking care of my part.

So game day, do you have any like pre-game rituals? Like is there anything that you have to do before you step on the field?

Well, as long as I got my iPod.

And what's on the iPod?

Oh, we got a little bit of everything. Now you got the Rick Ross, you got the Jeezy, you got the Lil Wayne. I even got like the What's the it's the movie Rocky. Eye of the Tiger on there. That's kicking it old school.

Real laid back. Once you get to know him, he's a real he's a real good guy. Family guy always has his kids up at the facility running around, always cracking jokes. But just when you see him on TV, he's out there playing a violent game. So, he's just that's just the way he looks from the outside.
