Riverdale's Tiera Skovbye Spills On Her Hangout With Justin Bieber

What's going on, guys? Hanging with me right now. I have Miss Tiera Skovbye. Girl, how's it going?

It's going good.

I want to say, we're we're kind of color-coordinated. That was not planned. I have the pop of the pink and so do you on your cute little shirt. Love it. Well, welcome to the studio. You haven't been here before.

Yeah. Thank you. No, I haven't. I'm super excited.

Also, I'm really excited because you just came in here, like, straight in here saying that you hung out with Justin Bieber last night. So, can we get that all out on the table before we start? Because I want to know the details.

I was at the Midnight Sun premiere last night, which which I'm in. And apparently Patrick Schwarzenegger and him are like buds. And he was there. And I was with a girlfriend of mine and she was like, do you see what I see? And I was like, what are you talking about? Oh my God. And I was like, I feel like as a fellow Canadian I should be like, hey. And I did. I was so proud of myself.

Did you? Did you tell him that you were Canadian as well? You had different time.

Yeah. He went to high school with a friend of mine.

No way.

Yeah. Yeah. He was just like just hanging out with all of us. I was like, is this a dream? What's happening right now?

I'm like, yeah, Tiera, do you realize what your life is? I know. You're just like in all these cool shows, Once Upon a Time, Riverdale. Hang out with the Biebs. So, let's talk about Once Upon a Time. Yeah. Congrats on the show. It's such a big show. How is it being Robin Hood's daughter?

Oh, I'm Once Upon a Time is like my favorite. I'm like so in love. I am so in love with being on the show. I play, I mean Robin Hood and the Wicked Witch's daughter, which is super cool and like my character is really badass and really like has a lot going on and it's so much fun.

Yeah, I can only imagine. And that show's so whimsical too, which I love.

Yeah. And it's like because we all, like, we're making a show about fairy tales, like, everybody's like always happy. And like everything's like so great. So,

Well, and then on the opposite, you have Riverdale, well, like, no one's really happy like that often. Like, maybe a little bit. Well, like, you think people are happy and then you're like, oh, no, that just happened. Just kidding. We're going to we're going to roll it back a little bit. But you play Polly Cooper. Yeah. Which is awesome. How is it being on such a big show like that, as well? Because that show just really just took off.

It's it's pretty crazy. Like, when we started, a lot of us are really new, which is really exciting. We're like, Archie Comics, like, this could be really big. We had no idea it would be this big. Like Justin Bieber last night was like, hey, I watch Riverdale. And I was like, shut up.

Done. Your life's done. I mean, you can live happy. But I'm curious. Have there been any like crazy like fan situations with you yet? Like, running into you on the street or anything?

I was at like this it's like a like the fair. It's called like the PNE in Vancouver. And I posted a photo that I was there with my sister. And we were both wearing watermelon shirts. And people were like, I found you. Oh my gosh. And I was like, what? They were like, we knew you were here and you were wearing this shirt. We like went out looking for you here. And I was like, this is so weird.

That's pretty crazy. That's fun.

Yeah. And they're I'm sure super nice and just.

Yeah, everybody's like super nice. And for me, I'm like, yes, let's do this. I'm so excited. Yeah. Why watermelon shirts, though?

I don't know. It just we just we we both have this watermelon shirt. We both just wore it on the same day. And we were like, but because of that, people like knew what to look for. Yep. It was really fun.

And you get to work really closely with Lili Reinhart and Mädchen Amick, who we adore. We love them both. They're both in here. Yeah. How is it working with them?

They're great. They're like so down to Earth and so fun and like all of our like mother-daughter like banter stuff is just it's awesome. And it's so easy. Yeah.

Yeah. I know. You guys seem to have a lot of like good chemistry on the show.

Oh, yeah. We're playing sisters like our first day on set was that first day where she sees me and I'm like pregnant and she's like, oh my God, what? And immediately we're like, okay, we like we get along. We are very similar. Like this is going to be great. This is going to be super easy.

How was it being pregnant, though? Like, playing the the pregnant with the twins and all that.

In the winter, that belly was amazing cuz I just like stuffed it full of hot shots to keep myself warm.

Are you serious? That's so smart. But then like as it got warmer, I was like, I'm dying. This is really hot. So, what do you think it takes to be a Cooper? A Cooper lady?

I mean they're badass. I'll start there. Badass. Yeah. They're driven. They do not let people get away with stuff. They're like, no bull. This is like exactly, you know, you what you see is what you get. And I mean maybe not actually what you see is what you get, because everybody's got their own like somethings going on. I think I think Yeah, there's there's a lot of secrets. But I think at the end, it's like we are Coopers. Like, we are family. And even though so much is going on, like, we know at the root of it, like, we have to be family and like, Yeah.

Yeah. And you guys are all dressed really well, too. Like, I love like the cute like little like collared shirts and the sweaters. And the pearls. So cute. I love it.

Yeah. And the headbands. Yeah. The Polly headbands.

Yeah. And most important question of all, who is your favorite Riverdale couple on the show?

Bughead.
