I'm disappointed. I think that uh, first of all, we haven't been physical, we've been out physical by them. We've been uh, going soft to the basket. Um, we've been turning the ball over with unforced turnovers. See, and so uh, and we got to play with a sense of purpose. You see Boston, they playing with a sense of purpose. Where are we going offensively and what are we trying to do defensively? And right now, um, they got all the loose balls, they're getting too many second shots. And no way you can only shoot four, six, eight free throws. That means that you're going soft. That means that you're not taking it to the basket. That means you're not aggressive.
So, this team better come out with a mindset that we're going to be aggressive, we're going to take it to the basket. We're going to stay in front of people because the Lakers have been playing some good defense, then we don't get the rebound. And so, we got to also pay attention to the shooters. What drives me crazy is that where is you know Ray Allen, you know Paul Pierce can shoot threes. Why are you running back to the paint when you know they're great three-point shooters? So we can't let Paul Pierce have four wide open. I'm talking about wide open with anybody running at him. Three point shots. And so we have to play again with a purpose. What is our purpose? To shut down those guys.
Okay, how do we do that? I gotta get up on them and I got to defend. Simple. And play hard. And then that bench who we've been counting on all season long, playing great. Where are you? Where's the bench? Our bench has got our score twice. I'm I'm I'm I'm mad.
