All right, to become a Harlem Globetrotter to be a Harlem Globetrotter, it's very important that you're able to spin the basketball. Um basically the way I explain it is kind of like the Earth spinning on this axis. You want to make sure the lines are working for you, except vertically, okay? So you want to make sure you spin the ball as fast as you can. Because the faster you spin it, the better chance you have of spinning it for a long time. So you get a nice spin, catch it in the middle. Take it for your face. And before you know it you can do all kinds of things with it. And that's how you spin the ball. This is what we call the Inner Roll.
Usually, you see us going like this, paneling the ball, doing what we're doing with our magic. But usually it starts off like this, every trick, every globe trotter when they first learn a trick. You learn how to Inner Roll, start like this. Ball your left or right hand. Doesn't matter what's easier for you. You put your your ball, your arm, your arm shoulder length above your head. Roll the ball in, hit your chest, out. You're rocking with the ball. So it's like you leaning, rock. Lean, rock, up, chest. As it's coming to your chin, you basically try to hit yourself in the chin. When it gets to your shoulder, you rock. Aim for your chin, rock. And then you get better you go faster.
It will be shoulder. Let me add a little something to it. The Inner Roll. Please subscribe to Young Hollywood's YouTube channel. Cause we won't stop spinning until you subscribe.
