I am Michelle Marie here with Donny.

He Diddy's new prodigy.

Tell everyone the story.

This Diddy show he was putting together a male R&B group.

He ended up giving me a surprise solo deal after I thought I was cut.

It's really like a dream world.

I gotta pinch myself sometimes.

Everyone wants to know, what is it actually like working for Diddy?

A lot of people are always like oh is he arrogant, is he this, is he that.

But no, it's like his reputation and his label's reputation, Bad Boy Records is on the line with each one of his artists so he has to keep pushing us to always keep us on our toes.

Let's talk about the album, what we can expect from it.

I worked with a bunch of A-list producers.

I got to write a lot on it.

It's just it's incredible.

I feel like we really created like a new lane.

If you hear me write a song for somebody else, you'd be like, oh, it sounds like a Donny Klang type song.

Who are some of your inspirations?

Somebody I look up to is Will Smith because he's so well-rounded.

Like him, Jamie Foxx, those are the kind of people you're just like, wow, they're naturally talented, they're funny, they could be serious, they've done great movies, great television, great music.

Where would you love to take a girl on a first date?

It would have to be something on the beach.

I love the beach.

And we could get cozy in like a sweatshirt or something and just like be cute.

Do you have any specific like dance move or a signature move that you like to do up on stage?

I have a habit of throwing my clothes off into the audience.

I'm always doing that.
