First, we're in Austin, sitting by a beautiful lake. With a bunch of birds. With a bunch of birds that were attacking us. Yes. Remember that? Yes. And now we're in like some desert. We're in an abandoned diner. Now we're in the middle of absolute nowhere. And a random diner that's run down. So in a diner. Yes. We're always in the craziest settings.

I'd have to agree with you. What do you think? We need to have like a third crazy setting.

Yeah, our third one has to be. Maybe the fans. Like a haunted house or something. I don't know. I'm just I'm kind of upset because I really wish that these were real. I know. It's fake. It looks like they would be real, but it's not real. It's such a tease. You just don't understand how much of a tease this is. Imagine being on set with it all day, you know? Like It's like four or five hours straight just seeing this fake food. No, and it's not even just seeing it. It was like, you know, they're they're making us pretend like we're sipping it and stuff. So it's like, ah, I really actually want a milkshake right now. Someone give me a milkshake, but no. There actually was one real milkshake today. Uh, Ally got the real one. It was really nasty. Yeah, it was vegan vegan ice cream with water.

What would be your choice if you were at a 50s diner back in the day? What would be your Sorry. Messing everything up. What would be your go-to diner food? Or shake or

My go-to diner food. We actually go to diners a lot. Like most three out of five nights in the week in the week. Yeah. Mornings, or afternoons, like diners all day. Yeah, honestly, like at any time. Uh, you know, I would do a nice Belgian waffle. That's my With berries on it. That's my go-to.

Berries? What kind of berries?

Strawberries and blueberries, to be specific.

Okay, very nice. Whipped cream?

Yes, whipped cream. I usually go with the classic eggs and bacon. Honestly, that's just what I do. That's just like who I am. Healthy boy he is. But we're actually on the set of a music video. So if you didn't know, we're here with Ally Simpson, she's and you guys are in the song. Yes, we are featured on the song. We're really excited because it's actually like It's like a cool song and it It references I mean, it's not. All right. Whoa. There's a train. There's like crazy stuff that That's actually real, though. That was I thought I thought that was part of the set for a minute. When you see trains just like rolling around in California, like it's pretty rare. It's very rare. That's the only like that was a really short train, too. But no, yeah. So we're on the set of Ally Simpson's Roll 'Em Up video. Featuring us, Jack and Jack. Yeah, it's a remake of that old song that goes, who wears short shorts? We wear short shorts. And then that's kind of like the hook, but then there's like a cool like Derulo type drop on there with like a trumpet or I don't know. Derulo. Yeah. It's our twist on that song with like modern production, but it still has that retro feel. And so we thought, why not a diner, you know? A diner just seems like a perfect spot, like a old-school looking place where like we get some guys and girls dressed in all vintage and yeah. We got some cool, you know, old fashion whips. Obviously Ally like and her team, everybody, they all they all figured all this out, but they did a great job because we got some throwback whips. We got a pink and a blue one. It's going to be awesome.

Are you really Jack and Jack? We're really at some sketchy locations. At one point I was like, dude, like what? We're just like partying, having fun and somehow this is our job. It's awesome.

Yeah. That is great. And it's like all your friends, right? I mean, you guys are all so Madison, Bella's here. I don't know. There's just like a bunch of people that we got to meet today, too.

We are part of the Mud campaign. We're kind of there just to compliment the girls. Yeah, cuz it's it's a girl's clothing brand. And so we can't be modeling that. Yeah, but we're having so much fun. Mud makes it like really easy for us like to have fun because pretty much on these shoot days, we just go to really cool locations like Malibu, like Maui, Miami, all those cool M stuff. And and we just have fun while like they're like, seriously, just make each other laugh while we take pictures of you guys. And it's like, how does this work? Like this is so much fun. So Mud has been awesome and made it really easy for us to just be natural and be who we are and just let us have all the control we need. So it's awesome.

You guys have a lot of announcements for yourself. Cali Cali, I love Cali Nebraska, but it's Cali Nebraska. Cali Nebraska. And that's your upcoming EP, right?

Yes. And so obviously, we're from Nebraska and we're living out in Cali. That's kind of where the inspiration came. We're excited for. People are really ready for new music, right? Yeah, we're ready not only just to listen to it, but I think I think we're really excited to perform it. And we actually get to take all this music to Europe in late October. So I'm really excited for all those that have already sold out, which is awesome. They sold out like right away.

Lastly, some fan questions.

All right. What are they? We got so many for you every single time. It's so hard to choose, but No, they're the best. They are the best. They want to know more and more. Does Does the fandom have a name? I've just heard some stuff and none of them really like work, you know? Like we just I don't know. You're just like a Jack and Jack fan. We we're not cool like that. We're not we don't have One Directioners. We don't have our Swifties or our You know what? It's cooler like that. It's just not made. I had weird dreams like every night, like all the time. So I couldn't even tell you. I had one where I was like, it was a contest where like a bunch of people were unicycling upstairs. Like this big curved stair set and like nobody could do it and everyone kept falling. And yeah, that's really all it was. Um so yeah, that's probably my

I remember it so vividly. That's one of my top three dreams. It stuck in my head. I don't have like one that's just like begging to be told, but I don't know. If I think of one, I'll let you know. And we can you can put up.

Well, yo, the one we just filmed for our song, California, is was probably really cool. It was so fun to shoot. Yeah, it was really fun. And it's like our first really conceptual music video cuz it had like a concept and it like has context, honestly, in our timeline of just the Jack and Jack life. So yeah, it kind of pays homage to like our whole vine career and how it started. We're playing these nerd characters that like we used to portray on Vine. So it's really cool. It ties it all together.

Lastly from @Golinsky, sorry if I pronounced that wrong. Uh, name five things you can't live without during tour.

Five things. I mean, you got to stay active on social media. So the phone is a big one. That's just life in general. You got to call mom and all that stuff. Some friends. You got to have some friends with you while you're on the road. It's always nice to have a jeep, but like it's it's nice to have some extra friends, too, you know? It is. Just a bunch of friends. So you just always have. Just makes it even rowdier, you know? It's rowdier. Uh, a bus. You need a bus. Because you know, you got to transport yourself from place to place. Yes. And with the bus, you know, comes the tour manager and everything like that. We got, of course. Good snacks on the bus. Good snacks. Got to be well well prepared, you know? Healthy snacks, not like that junk food where like going to be puking on stage. celery celery is the carrots, the the carbs are important, you know? Yeah. Before our big show. Definitely snacks. And then the fifth one, like a really comfortable pair of socks or something like that. I would say that. And maybe like Like fan mail. It's nice to always have fan mail on the bus. So Yeah, reading that. If we ever want to go through stuff and we're just like, hey, I wonder what our fans like think about us. We can just open some of their letters and So it's so responsive because we'll get like new mail that night.

So we can be on the bus when we have the 7-hour drive and we can be like, oh, they didn't like this from that show. And they like this, so like we'll do this. And we'll take parts and pieces. Even if you don't think we will, we'll read your stuff and it just makes us know you guys better.
