The Warner Bros. film is officially called Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn. Whew!

Despite the long name, Birds of Prey hopes to follow its ultra-successful predecessors in the DC Extended Universe film series.

Here’s the first full trailer that just dropped:

This time around, Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) steps into the lead and the dynamic trailer provides a glimpse into her life as a strong female superhero.

Since her last appearance in Suicide Squad in 2016, Harley is now on her own after cutting ties with the Joker (Jared Leto). When a little girl named Cassandra Cain (Ella Jay Basco) is put in danger by the malicious Black Mask (Ewan McGregor) in Gotham City, Harley decides to take matters into her own hands and save Cassandra!

It’s Harley’s first official task to prove her abilities and save the day as she teams up with the Black Canary (Jurnee Smollett-Bell), the Huntress (Mary Elizabeth Winstead), and Renee Montoya (Rosie Perez) to defeat the menacing Black Mask and restore peace in Gotham City.

DC Comics fans can soon admire the team of female superheroes on-screen, so gear up for an extra fantabulous movie!

The film’s star-studded supporting cast also features Chris Messina and Ali Wong.

The highly anticipated film flies into theaters February 7, 2020!
