I'm good.

Yeah. It's always good to see you.

I know.

You're always so happy and bubbly and dancing. Normally when I see you, you're shaking a few moves. It's nice that you're sitting down for a moment because we were just saying, you don't stop. You're always on the go. Always travelling.

Yeah, I just got back from Europe, going to New York, then Brazil. Like there's always, you know,

Always doing something. Always somewhere. Right. And my favourite part of the year. Not Christmas, the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Literally, I look forward to that all year round. Yeah. Just just waiting, counting down the days. I think they should do like an advent calendar leading up to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. There's always there's always something that Victoria's Secret do every year to take it to the next level, and that's that's pretty crazy.

Exactly. This year, you know, we had the Weeknd, we had Selena Gomez, Ellie Goulding, and it was just like so amazing. Yeah. I was dancing the whole time on the runway. I couldn't even stop dancing or hold myself. You know, like like pull it together, Alessandra. No, I had too much fun on the runway.

Exactly. I know you can see like, look at the picture in the back. I'm like

Yeah.

Um you mentioned the musical performances, um Weeknd, Ellie Goulding, Selena Gomez. If you could have anyone, anyone. They could be they could be dead, obviously, but that makes it harder. Um any any musical performance at the show?

Oh god, I don't know, because I'm a music lover, so I would, you know, it's hard.

I think If you have to pick, pick a couple.

Okay. I think I would start with Guns N' Roses, you know, playing like November Rain. That kind of thing like Stephanie Seymour, you know, like that video. Uh what's that other one with Helena Christensen? I like to me all those videos with the supermodels, like those are iconic to me. Uh George Michael, you know, like that kind of stuff.

I mean What an amazing lineup this would be. How do you think they're going to keep bettering the show every year? Because it really does get bigger.

I don't know. Well, I do I do have some scoops for next year's show, and it's major. No, I can't say anything. No. But they they're already prepping for the for next year's show. But, you know, every year they just make it happen like the the costumes get amazing. Like this year we had so a lot of wings, like the most wings we ever had.

Exactly. Tell me, I won't say anything.

The most girls we ever had, so there was like 47 or 46 models on the runway. Yeah, it's and you know like there was like spinning um wings. There was like light up wings. There were all kinds of wings this year. So, you know, like they really come out with some like amazing things that you would never expect.

Right. And everyone's just looking at the wings.

Well, well, that's part of it, you know. That's part of the fantasy.

Yes. Yes, a big part of. That's it. That's that's all I'm interested in, honestly, it's the wings. I like to see the design of the wings, you know, what they're doing every year. Yeah, what what are the wings are going to do? What are the wings going to do? That's all I'm looking at. That's all I'm looking at. Well, it's it's my favourite time of year, and I think it's probably 99. 9% of every male out there's.

It is. And women as well. Like women, I think they get more excited than you guys. I never saw a guy crying. I don't think so.

No one gets more excited than me. Impossible.

Because I've seen like, you guys love it. Um but women they cry. Like, I've seen girls crying because they love the show so much.

But because they know they're like what what's my husband going to do now?

No, no, they truly. They love it as well. They love it as well, which is inspiring.

Um, is that so you can actually because I've always wondered that you get so many like great people at at in the front row.

I know. And you can see them. Yes. Well, I love when my mom is there actually. That's like my favourite, you know, when I get my mom, like she goes sometimes. Like this is my 15th show, so, you know, like she hasn't been on every show, but most of them. So every time I see her, it's just so cute. You know, I have that connection with my mom. I'm like thank you, mom. You know, for.

And that's got probably a proudest moment for a mum yet. I made that right there. That's that's from me. The most beautiful woman in the world. I did it. Um So, uh when you when you're doing a show, you mentioned 15 now. Do you get nervous? Is it just or is it just second nature, you just.

I know, I do. I do actually get nervous. Yes, I do. Like not leading up to the show, but like moments before you get on the runway, when they start the music, like they turn the lights off, and the music starts, you I get like crazy nervous, you know. I'm like okay, let me just go back to the backstage. I don't want to be here. It's like the little thing you feel, but once you're on the runway, that's it, you know. It's amazing.

You do feel the nerves. Right. It's easier after the first walk. Just go. Did you because there's a big afterparty after the show as well?

We do. We actually we do the pizza party.

Okay.

Uh-huh. And it's so much fun. Of course. There's like food and music and drinks, and that's it, you know, all the girls. And then you just let yourself go.

Oh, yeah. Right, right, right. That's that's the moment, you know. That's what we're looking for after the show, like. So I'm saying because the show used to be in LA.

Well, we had it we had it twice. Right. We had it two times in LA, one in London, and the rest has been actually my first one was in Cannes. For them, yeah, for them, um movie festival, and that was pretty amazing.

Two times. Yeah. It is amazing. Do you do anything to prepare for the show?

Yes. Yes. Well, you know, we kind of like we work out a lot. We we train like an angel, that's our hashtag.

Yeah. Okay. I knew I was going wrong. Definitely don't do that.

You gotta train like an angel. Yes. Uh but I love doing Pilates and cardio and barre classes. You know, like those barre like it's kind of like ballet, like ballet classes. Mix it up with cardio and yoga. I'll just do whatever it takes me to be in shape.

A few years ago, I think you you taught me a bit of the Brazilian butt lift.

Oh, I do. I do that too.

You still do that? Okay.

Yeah, well, I do that with my trainer in New York, so I did this year, I did it twice. You know, like the night before because I in LA, I do some like different things. Okay. And but when I go to New York, I do the Brazilian butt lift. Okay. Which is like the Capoeira, you know, and I'm doing like squats like too many squats, I don't like.

So that's that's the key. Pilates, yoga, Brazilian butt lift.

Everything really. Everything. You know, I'll go to the stairs in Santa Monica, go up and down. Just whatever it takes me, you know, like bike riding.

Oh, just. My abs are just listening to all this. I'll I'll walk. I'll walk Georgie. Okay, let's go for a hike, you know. Runyon Canyon and stuff.

Yeah, Runyon Canyon.

See, that's good. That's good for me. I can do that. Um holiday plans, because you're always you're always on the move. You were just saying. You're back to Brazil for the holidays.

Yeah. Always Brazil. Like the classic for me, you know. It's back home. I want to be with the family. It's summertime there, so I, you know, there's nothing else I want to ask for. I'm like I'm just happy to be there by the beach with the family, eating yummy food and being with my kids and, you know, cousins, everyone.

Right. And you mentioned that, obviously, you know, we all know you're a mom. How do you juggle all this? Because you really don't stop. Every time I see you, you've just landed from somewhere.

Yeah, well, you know, like I have a like I grew up with my mom working, my grandmother. So they were like role models and they were like fighters and working, you know, they were like working every day, taking care of the kids, and to me, it's just the same, you know, like I have a career, I have my family. And you just you just do it. It's like a natural thing, I guess. I don't know, you know, just like scheduling it right, checking what's the best, you know, like what do I need to to be doing. Like just focus and
