Well, I do want to start off this interview by saying, you're just you're killing it, dude. Andi Mack, starring in Shazam, and now your own music. I mean, how do you do it? You're honestly killing it.

Thank you. Thank you so much. Thank you. It's really amazing. I've been wanting to do this since I was a little kid. It's wish fulfillment, you know. Um, being able to be a part of this DC franchise universe. It's it's insane. Um, Andi Mack as well, I got to be with a part of the Disney family. They gave me my first ever real start in this industry and I'm so thankful for them and to be able to portray such an amazing character and just the show was itself, it's just incredible. And um, my music as well is awesome. I just released a new song called "One Thought Away." I can't believe I get to do that. I get to do like, it's just a dream, you know, it's a dream.

Well, congratulations on all of that, by the way. And I am a huge fan of Wiz Khalifa. With your butter voice and Wiz on that track, it's so good.

Okay. I can't wait. I cannot wait to meet him. I was about to ask, is this your first time meeting him then?

This is my first time meeting him. Yeah.

What are you going to say?

Who knows? Who knows, right? I I promised myself I'm not going to fan girl. I promise I already told myself that. But um, no, I'm just going to be like, hey. What's up man? I'm not like that. I'm going to be super energetic. I'm going to be like, oh my god. Wiz, did did your son go see Shazam? Yeah. That kind of stuff. But um, no, I'm super excited to meet him. He seems like a really nice guy and yeah, I'm excited.

Well, you kind of hand-picked him, right? Like, you have a cool story about that.

Yeah, I I was in the studio. It was probably my fastest recording session. I finished the song in like 30 minutes. It was insane and uh they uh they were asking me who I who I would like on the track and immediately, of course, Wiz Khalifa came to my mind 'cause I um, I was a huge fan of him, of his album. Um, so that was just really cool for me. Black and Yellow, that was a huge song for me. I love that song. Yeah. Black and Yellow. Black and Yellow. Black and Yellow. And um, yeah, he recorded the song. He was in Dubai. This is like right before Coachella too. So he um, he recorded the song. I got the song two days later and like two weeks later it was released. Happens that fast. Crazy.

That's crazy honestly too. 'Cause when you hear about it, like when for us, as listeners, we hear you and Wiz together, we automatically assume that you guys are together, you know, in the studio. So I'm sure that was really fun for you to kind of hear it back once it was like all put together, right? So cool.

Yeah, because like it it was just insane, you know, 'cause like Wiz Wiz you got Wiz Khalifa on an Asher Angel song. Like my like he's one of my idols. You know, so that was so cool. I was in awe hearing it, you know, I played it like 30 times over and over just listening to his rap part. I wouldn't listen to me. Fast forward right to his rap part and just be like, "Hey, that's Wiz. That's Khalifa. That is crazy." So like that was just so cool.

That's so fun. So cool. I do want to talk about your other music videos 'cause you you've done a really great job. I love "Chemistry." You're just you're dancing in a leather jacket, you're killing it. And our girl Annie LeBlanc, we just met her. She's so fun. I want to know, did you guys have any fun like behind-the-scenes like moments that you can share?

Yeah. Uh on on the music videos or just

Just in general.

In general. Um, well, I like to pull a lot of pranks on her.

You do?

I'm kind of a prankster, so that's usually what I'm doing when I'm with her. Not even just pranking her constantly. She gets super mad. I actually have like a bunch of scare cams of me scaring her mom and Haley and her. So that's love doing that. She gets so mad. It's so great. Hopefully, she doesn't see this 'cause then she'll prank me. Oh, no. But uh she's scared to prank me because she knows I'll get her. Which is fair, right? It's fair. But no, we just she's she's so great. Um, the first time I met her was on the "Chemistry" music video and she was just so fun and like she's a little shy, but then I was like, okay, stop being shy. I know I know you're not shy. She's like, "Stop." She's so sweet. She's so fun and she's very supportive and she's the best.

Is there anything else that you want the Young Hollywood fans to know about what's coming next for you?

Um, a lot of new music and um, a lot of cool upcoming projects that I can't wait to share with you guys. So stay tuned and just be courageous, be kind, be you. And I love you guys.
