Workin' Out with the Cast of "Make It or Break it"

Welcome to Young Hollywood. com. Hey there Young Hollywood, I'm Tana Diana. We're on the set of Make it or Break it. We're going to chat with the girls and then get the scoop on season two. We have got Josie Loren, who plays Kaylie Cruz. Um, you are all over this gym. What should we expect this season?

Um, I feel like this season everything is just a lot more intense. Of course, um, they've conveniently brought in a new boy to the gym. It's just a lot more intense, a lot more dramatic.

Well, since you are, you know, plastered all over the walls. I'd love for you to show us around.

Yeah. Well, this is um, right here is our the office. It's uh, Sacha Belov's office. And we have all of our intense discussions and meetings and when whenever he's scolding us. These are the parallel bars, like I said, we have a new boy in the gym. So it's actually a funny story how these parallel bars actually end up in The Rock because they weren't here originally. And there's a really nice uh, boy versus girl battle to get them in here. And that's my 2009 national champion Kaylie Cruz sign. And uh, yeah, that's The Rock.

So tell us a little bit about your character. She seems to be really serious.

Yeah, she's ultra serious, very driven, um, very just focused on gymnastics and after she broke her back, now it's all just getting back to where she was, getting back to that Olympic goal, because right now she sort of doesn't have it realistically where she could be there.

So I know a lot of drama is going to happen this season. Anything that you're going to be involved in specifically?

Uh, good old Payson Keller generally stays out of the drama, but she has one big thing that's going to happen this season, which might change everything for her.

Is it involve a boy?

It involves a man.

You're going to have an affair with one of the fathers.

I can't say, I can't say, but you've got to watch.

So what should we expect out of season two from Emily?

Uh, there's love and um, Emily gets a lot stronger this season, which I'm really excited about. She starts to stand up for herself a little bit more. And um, her gymnastics gets a lot stronger as well.

So tell me some fun cast stories. I know you all the girls get along really well. You guys laugh constantly, any funny stories?

I don't know, we're just so goofy. Like we all just, we stay in this um, in The Rock for so long, like for hours and hours a day, but sometimes we just get loopy and we get like so silly, it's ridiculous. We think we're twelve year olds, so we have a lot of fun.

So, last time I saw you, we were in a gym, now we're in a gym again, but it's actually your set.

It is my set gym, yes, we're at The Rock.

It must be really fun to play a character so unlike your real personality because I know you, you're such a sweetheart. I mean, you're so nothing like your character, it must be really fun.

Oh, thank you. No, um, it's so much fun. Acting is all about stepping out of the box and becoming someone else. That's why I do what I do. I don't want to come on set and play Cassie Scabo. What fun is that? Um, I'm a very fun person. No. Uh, but I mean that's what acting's all about, is coming on set and becoming someone else and um, my favorite quote is, acting is half shame, half glory. Shame for exhibiting yourself and glory when you finally forget yourself. I think it's also important for young girls out there to see that usually the bully or his bullying girls is the one that has all the insecurities and problems and we're just taking it out on other girl.

Are you excited about season two?

I am beyond excited. The viewers have no idea what they're in for. I mean, we're really going to take them for a little bit of a ride here. Thank you so much Young Hollywood for hanging out at The Rock with us, where we get down and dirty. Um, please tune in and watch us. Thanks guys.
