Young Hollywood

I was home and I had this on my shelf and as I was preparing for this shoot and I'm I'm looking off into the distance, I see this.

Young Hollywood

And it made me think, I am so excited to be on days, be with you guys, get a tour the whole day.

Young Hollywood

I was so excited.

Young Hollywood

I want you to hold this and I want you to tell me, what does this mean to you personally?

Greg Rikaart

The show has such a legacy, right? It's been on for so many years. We're at like over 15,000 episodes. So, you know, the the title theme really is true, like sands through the hourglass. Like life goes on. There's been a lot of lives on this show. There was kids running around this stage that are now, you know, in their elderly years. It's just it's a really cool legacy show. I'm very grateful to be a part of it and it feels like it's kind of a stamp in history. and uh I'm happy to be a part of it. This is a new life for me. This is what this means for me. This is this is a beautiful blessed life that has already given me so much and I'm so grateful.

Greg Rikaart

You're trying to make me cry actually. Just just just by saying that, but yeah. I look at this and I see just a blessed life.

Victoria Konefal

Since losing my mom, I was like 25, and so time has become super important to me. Um where I give my time, where I give my energy. Um and also that it's borrowed. And so as slowly as the sands are going through, like eventually, it's going to run out. And then you kind of like start over sometimes or like, we don't know like spiritually where we go because I feel my mom around me all the time in unique ways. Things go by so so much faster than you might expect when it seems like there's a lot of sand in the hourglass and just to be able to savor every moment as it's passing through and be happy and grateful all the time because yeah, things run out, but you'll always have those memories to cherish, so you should really live in it while it's happening. I'm grateful for the time that I have. I'm grateful for the time that I have here, that I get to like play pretend every day with really amazing people, like I said that have like changed my life and externally of this.

Young Hollywood

What does this mean to you?

Brandon Barash

This is the opening credits of one of the longest running TV shows in uh I was going to say the world. Is that correct? The world? Yeah, yeah, everyone's nodding. It also reminds me of being homesick from school, because that's when I used to watch it. It reminds me of my mother and my auntie's because they used to be absolutely obsessed with it and my mother was very, very proud that I became a Demera. And also time. Because that's what it's doing.

Young Hollywood

You have a knack for making things just light and funny in the end. huh?

Brandon Barash

Yes, I'm not very good at doing serious things.

Young Hollywood

I didn't mean for it to get that deep.

Brandon Barash

That's exactly what I want.

Young Hollywood

I know. Got him. I'm tearing up over here. And also this is like such an iconic piece for this show too. So, hello. That's amazing. Not me looking at it still. Great, yeah. Thinking about my time.
