Three 6 Mafia on the Set of Numb3rs

Welcome to Younghollywood. com. Hey guys, I'm Jill Wilderman here on the set of Numb3rs where behind me 36 Mafia is about to perform their song "Lolly, Lolly" and I'm gonna take you in for all the action. You know these guys, 36 Mafia, DJ Paul, Juicy J. Last time we saw you guys was at the VMAs. Now we're here on the set of Numb3rs. Tell us what you're doing here. Three 6 Mafia: We're doing a little bit of acting. My character's a hunter, a rapper that wants everything to go smooth, and he's playing a straight gangster rapper.

And you performed "Lolly, Lolly." Is there a dance for the "Lolly, Lolly?" Three 6 Mafia: You got to do that, but you gotta do it real fast. What is that?

So, do you enjoy acting? Three 6 Mafia: Yeah, it's a lot of hard work, man. I'm excited. I'm like, you know, it's a lot of women here so that keeps me motivated. So I'm like, hey, let's go, man. Let's do a hundred takes. Anytime you get tired, man, just look in the crowd. It's like a Red Bull of the eye.

We're here with Aya Sumika who plays FBI Agent Liz Warner. Tell us a little bit about your character on Numb3rs.

She's one of the few female agents, which is great.

We are standing in front of a memorial. What is this episode about?

It's kind of like a rap war episode. You think, but not really at all. There's more to it.

What do you love about working on Numb3rs?

The action. It's my favorite part. Give me a gun. Give me some stunts. Give me something physical to do, and I'm there. I'm happy.

Is this your ride, Dylan?

Yeah, yeah, that's mine. Just picked that thing up yesterday. It's pretty sweet, huh?

Tell us about your character.

In general, I'm like the military guy who's come on to be the new FBI Agent, kinda getting the lay of the land and, you know, adjusting into working in civilian life.

You went to MIT. Do you ever have comments for any of these mathematical equations on the show?

It's actually kinda cool because some of it reminds me of some of the stuff that I learned in school and I get to sort of, you know, go back into that world for a minute while we're on the show. It's kinda fun.

So, you gonna get to enjoy the 36 Mafia performance?

Yeah, I think I'll probably pop my head in there and check them out.
