Welcome to Younghollywood. com. Hey guys, I'm about to take you on one of the most elaborate sets we've ever been on. This is the new set for one of the most legendary shows on television. We are here on the set of Night Rider with Justin Bruning. So, from boyhood dream to reality. Is this like the coolest part a guy can play?
It was the coolest part a guy can play, but in the first episode I become Michael Knight. So now it's the coolest part a guy can play.
There we go. Yeah. Michael Knight is now kind of a superhero name. It's uh, it belongs with the car. Speaking of car, we're right in front of Kit right here. This is Kit, the Kit 3000. He transforms now in the new series into an attack mode. Well, I hear you had to do some intense training. I want to hear about the driving, 'cause I know you got to do some donuts, fun stuff like that.
Yeah. First I went to racing school to uh, get me comfortable at high speeds, which didn't take that long. Then came back and we did stunt driving. Taught how to do reverse 180s. Just normal 180s, sliding the car to a specific point, say like if you're the camera, I would slide the car so the fender ends up, the car ends up at a perpendicular angle to uh, Some amazing stuff. Took a while.
Any sizzlin' stories you wanna spill with us?
Dude, I'm so glad you asked. Okay, 'cause, so we grew up, we were childhood friends. Then we became smooching buddies. Then there was radio silence. And then suddenly he's saving my life and we're working together. Today he got the call for the part. How'd you feel?
I was actually in a Laundromat and um, you know, it's funny about the Laundromat, you try to avoid eye contact with everyone and as soon as I got the call, I just wanted to run up and kiss everybody on the mouth. They the guys would have probably hated that.
Yeah, cooties. Gross. Let him finish his phone call. My phone, I gotta go. Yep. Alright, talk to you later. Bye. What did mom have to say?
Uh, she said chicken casserole for dinner. I play Billy Morgan who is the, he's the tech god extraordinaire. He's like the super geek. He's got numerous advanced degrees in mathematics and physics and engineering and I I run all the computer systems and anytime there's a a big problem that involves, you know, math, physics, I'm the go-to guy.
Is this all kinda coming naturally for you?
Um, I graduated with a theater diploma from a crappy community college. So I think I'm more than qualified.
Did you have to do some research or did you learn some new lingo for this?
Hybrid electric hybrid propulsion systems and integrated neural networks and uh, you know, 64 core processors.
I think I just short circuited on that. We'd have to be both. And what do you wanna tell your fans about why they should tune in to see Night Rider?
I think it's gonna be super fun. Just pure fun. So, just they get out the popcorn or pa-- or cakes. Whatever. Whatever, whatever. Whatever. Shout out to Young Hollywood. Woohoo! Grab your kids, sit down. Get some popcorn. Have a ride.
