Famous in Love Behind the Scenes Set Tour

Hey, what's up guys? Young Hollywood is here on set of Famous in Love where they're in the middle of shooting season two. Let's go meet the cast.

Season two, what would you describe it in one word?

Spicy.

Spicy.

Bold.

How do I follow that up?

Refreshing.

Oh, refreshing. Like a spray.

Yeah.

I said this for season one, but I mean it so much more for season two. Juicy.

I'll say Gumbo. Cuz I'm from Louisiana. Gumbo got a little bit of everything in there.

What do other people say?

Um, I heard spicy, refreshing. They're basically describing a really good salsa. So if you could say Salsa.

Mango. I like a little mango in there, man. So maybe a mango season.

Cilantro.

Bolder.

Oh my gosh. So here we are. Pretty wonderful and then shall we go inside?

Yeah, take a look. Come on, this is my house.

When you come in from your surfing, do they just literally like hose you down to make it look like you came from the ocean?

Yeah.

Really?

It's terrible. They have to like throw water on you.

Yeah.

Well, welcome to my office, my king.

See that black Mercedes Jeep? That is Marlene King's real car, which is really cool. They also have um Nina Devon has the same ride that Marlene King has, which I think is super cool.

What is your secret to all these successful shows? You have teenage daughters or something? Like, how do you know?

I have teenage sons, but they were huge Pretty Liars fans. They're not drama queens though. Um I I feel like the the secret is hopefully great writing and casting really authentic, you know, truthful people to to play these roles and take care of their characters.

Do you kind of relate to your character in a way?

I do. I mean, we were both struggling actresses. I was struggling right up until I booked Famous in Love.

Well, we have a lot of guest guest stars this year who have amazing arcs. One of which is this young lady who plays Sloane Silver, which is kind of a tongue twister, but you say it very well. Sloane Silver. She's a big girl now. So she doesn't have problems, okay? You can have problems on your own and Tangie is excusing herself from the from this narrative. Tangie's grown up. She's grown up, you guys. She's grown up.

Yeah. We have these on my desk. Everybody I ever do a scene with wants to pick up a candy, but you'll notice like how noisy it is and the sound department hates it. I don't know why they keep leaving these here, because everyone gets punished.

Yeah, I was wondering, why was there so much candy here?

We do, because Nina apparently is a sugar addict.

No, I I want them to actually show me surfing one day, and Rener's just like a terrible surfer. That would be amazing. I'm so passionate about it. I love the waves, and I feel at peace when I'm out in the water, but then he's just a terrible surfer.

So we are in the bedroom of Alexis right now.

Yeah, you want a tour?

Yeah, I'd love a tour.

Okay. What are these? I don't know. I've never known what these are. They're so fluffy.

I know. I'm like, who has this in their house?

Who's the biggest um prankster on set?

You. Definitely me.

Oh yeah. See now. Has anyone told you otherwise?

See, everyone says it's it's everyone says it's Nikki or Georgie. Come on, it's all me. I'm the best one on set. I Oh yeah. Oh yeah. You're the one.

Okay, I've never seen Charlie prank anyone, so they're all wrong. So it's definitely you.

It's me. I've pulled like five pranks this year so far.

So tell me a little bit about these pranks.

Oh god. Okay, well, my most recent prank was um, you know, this little like Valentine's Day candy hearts. Somebody put like hearts leading into my room all the way, like, all on the floor. I did a trail in Keith's dressing room from like the door all the way to his toilet. And then around my toilet. It was disgusting, one. But two, it was just like, who did this? And then I lifted the seat up and put them like all around the rim of the toilet, so that when he lifted up to pee, they would be like all there.

Nikki scared me coming out of my room and around my car, and Georgie filmed it when I was coming around my car. Like, they're the biggest pranksters on the show for sure.

Now, you kind of worked with um, or you did work with Bella once before this, right? And Keith. You did, right? So let's tell them.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm glad you knew that. I was like very commercial. I was very like like put me on a Kohls billboard and Like something like that. Oh, yeah. Um especially when I was way younger, like doing Target, JCPenney, and like whenever you see those JCPenney ads, they're 30% off when you come in for select dress styles. Raj, dress for less. Like and then I come in and I'm like,

So what is it like working with Bella and Charlie and everyone else on set?

They're all really difficult and really I'm just kidding. They're awful. They're so bad.

But are we gonna hear you sing at all?

Yes, I'll be throwing y'all new music out there. Or maybe some old hits. Hey, we're gonna see. I love them all so much, like it's so fun to come to work every day and hang out with all of your friends.

What should I serenade her right quick or something?

Oh, ooh, you're gonna get a full show.
