Hey guys, Audrey here. What do you get when you have Zoey Saldana, her sisters Mary Allen Sicily and their friends for some no holds barred conversation? Well, we are about to find out. Young Hollywood is going exclusively behind the scenes of Rosé Round Table, the sisters intimate unfiltered show on their Cinnastar YouTube channel. And guess who is joining them at the table? Yep, yours truly, me. You know, it is so hard to get so many fierce strong women under one roof, but somehow we did it with the Saldana sisters, Mariel, Zoey, Sicily. Thanks for thanks for letting me hang out with you guys. I'm honored.

Zoe Saldana

Thank you for coming. And thank you for the compliment. Um my mom, she's very proud that she birthed all three of us.

Young Hollywood

I'm sure. Well, I want to talk about just Okay, well, first of all, you know, they say like family business sometimes doesn't mix, but I feel like just being around you three, it actually makes a lot of sense.

Zoe Saldana

I think what made us want to work together is because we love films. One of our babysitters that assisted my mom in raising us was our TV. So, like living vicariously through through what we saw and storytelling was always very appealing to us. Growing up, watching TV is actually a major part of what actually composes you. So, we thought that if we had a voice there, if we had influences there, that would be a way of us contributing.

Guest

Hi, I'm Sicily Saldana and welcome to Rosé Round Table. What we love about Rosé Round Table is is that it's it's natural. Like we're not filtered people, we're not filtered with each other. It's a different mirror.

Well, I know you're not shying away either from some of the more hard topics. You're talking about motherhood, you're talking about sexism, you're talking about one of my favorite topics, what it means to be an American. So, how do you choose which topics you're going to cover?

Zoe Saldana

There's like an America that that represents that first generation, second generation and third and so on that can still have that direct connection to their parents or their family's motherland, their mother culture. And we're starving to know who's out there to see something that reminds us of the everyday.

Young Hollywood

As your lives have gotten busier with motherhood, with careers, how have you managed to stay so close?

Zoe Saldana

I think by working together.

Young Hollywood

Because it's just an excuse to hang out is what you're saying.

Zoe Saldana

I it just um having siblings. We're very grateful. We're one of those siblings that acknowledge just how precious it is to grow up with friends in the deepest sense. So, part of growing up as siblings is learning how to respect each other. And that is what enables us to work together.
