If you're here for the SP suites, how do you feel about being nominated for best play?

Oh, it's awesome.

We actually were nominated for three different things.

So to be able to be to even just win one would be awesome.

What are the few moments you know, of the Super Bowl game that are your most memorable?

Oh, obviously the last play.

Um, you know, the the catch by Santonio and just everything was uh pretty spectacular.

James Harrison, the interception for 100 yards.

Um so those are the couple things that you will remember forever.

Brett Favre is in talks with the Vikings.

How do you feel about that?

Well, I mean, if he feels like he wants to play again, then good for him.

Um, you know, we'll see what happens.

You are nominated for best NFL player.

How exciting is that that nomination for real?

I mean, it's always exciting.

Anytime you're, you know, recognized as one of the best at what you do, uh especially when you're an old guy like me.

Uh it's it's a definite honor.

Brett Favre, there's talks about him going to the Vikings.

Do you see that team, the Vikings becoming a a playoff team?

The hard thing is they're already a playoff team.

And then you add him to the mix.

Um and we got to play him this year.

So uh yeah, I think he adds a lot to the mix if uh if he comes out of retirement and plays for them.

They've got so many pieces in place already.

So um as much as I want to come back, uh I don't want to have to compete against him not only once, but uh hopefully in the playoffs too, but uh but he's good for the game so I hope it happens.

What are we going to see with Adrian Peterson next season?

Are you going to do anything crazy for us?

I don't dance at all in a zone or anything.

But I might just give it a little tribute out to Michael Jackson.

I might try to do the moonwalk or something like that.

I don't know.

It'd be kind of difficult in cleats.

Brett Favre is in talks with going with the Vikings.

How do you feel about that?

Brett Favre has been in the league 18 years, you know, so he's already proven.

He's a Hall of Fame quarterback.

So to have a guy like that, no matter how old he is, all the speculation, what guys are saying about him.

To come to to the Minnesota Vikings, it it it'll be a blessing.

Uh you know, just for the quarterbacks to even sit there and be around him, to learn from him and take some things from you know, from him.

Um so And plus, in my opinion, um I think that you got it.

Just with the passion he played with and and how he played the game.

I don't think it's even the injury, I don't know, got anything to do with how he will go out and perform.

What are your thoughts about the upcoming season?

I think we got a pretty good chance to really make it to the Super Bowl.

It should be a good season.

I mean, we got a lot of good talent on the team.

We're young and we're working in the right direction right now.

I know a lot of the Brett Favre talk has been going on.

We don't know if it's going to happen or not, but if it does, I mean, we're we're going to open him with with welcoming arms.

And if it doesn't, then we're going to continue to move forward like we've been doing.

Where do you see Brett fitting in with the team?

Do you see him meshing with you guys?

I I think so.

I mean, we we got a lot of professional players on the team.

I mean, when I say professional, really professional, meaning that they know the situation, they know what he's coming in with, and they know where he's been at and and what he's done.

So it's it's it's a different situation with us.

You've definitely filled, you know, big shoes with Brett Favre.

What was the biggest challenge?

Living up to my own expectations.

I think there are expectations that people put on me, but the expectations I put on myself are so much higher usually than the ones that are put on me by the media or by fans.

So I didn't live up to those expectations entirely this year, but I was proud of some of the things I was able to achieve.

How do you feel about Brett being potentially a Viking this year?

Well, they already were a playoff team last year.

They got a great defense.

But if he doesn't go, I think Tavaris finished off the season real well last year and they brought Sage in to compete for the job.

So with them, it's it's give the ball to Adrian and shut people down.

They plan on doing more stuff to hear and stuff to play.
