Young Hollywood

Hey guys, it's Michelle Marie with Young Hollywood and Vitaminwater. We are celebrating Super Bowl here in Miami at one of the hottest parties of the weekend, ESPN The Magazine's Next party. I'm here with Neo who is performing tonight here at the ESPN party. How excited are you to get on stage?

Neo

I am very, very excited. Any excuse to get on stage is a good enough excuse for me.

Young Hollywood

So how does it feel, you know, to actually be here in Miami at a sports event? Are you a big sports fan?

Neo

I just spent four months in Louisiana shooting a film, you know, right around that time when the Saints were just beating everybody. So I kind of through osmosis became a Saints fan.

Young Hollywood

He did. So I'm here rooting for the Saints. Go Saints. We got to jam out to Neo tonight. You going to jam out to him? I love his music. I'm a jam a little bit. I don't know if I'm going to slow dance with him. You know, he got to speed up the tempo, you know, we ain't trying to slow grind up in here though.

Young Hollywood

Manny, how do you feel about Peyton Manning potentially being one of the highest-paid NFL players? I mean, he's doing well, he's here at the Super Bowl.

Guest

Oh well, get paid, please. Yeah, get as much money as you can. You know what? Cuz uh, there's a couple of us that are right up under you, so please get the max. And then everything will follow behind.

Young Hollywood

I just want to say congratulations on the success share. I mean, you really took it to the top, going from USC to rookie and to making you guys go to the playoffs. How do you feel about the season?

Guest

It was uh, you know, it stings a little bit losing that last game, but we'd love to be playing in the Super Bowl. But uh, once you take a week off and and get to step back and look at the season, we're we're really proud of our effort. I mean, we were four and six at one point. Nobody even thought we'd have a chance at the playoffs and and there we were in the AFC Championship game leading at halftime. So, it was a great run and it definitely gives us something to build on for next year.

Young Hollywood

What has really changed in your life this year, especially being on the team?

Guest

Uh, you know, my wardrobe's changed a little bit. I needed to uh get get some more jackets. Yeah. It's so dang cold. I know. But other than that, I'm I'm a pretty regular guy, you know, same group of friends. My my buddy Scotty's been with me everywhere. He's like Turtle from Entourage, you know. Yeah. And uh, so it's it's uh, it's great.

Young Hollywood

Well, congratulations on a great season this year. I mean, you guys did so well and just seeing Kurt get as far as he could, you know, it's it's really really I'm actually sad he's leaving. Yeah. How do you feel about that?

Guest

Me too. Uh-huh. But you know what, he he had a great career and um, you know, it's one thing to leave leave the game on top. He's definitely doing that. He left his legacy. Um, he's definitely going to be in the Hall of Fame. So you just got to, you know, respect it and understand he want to do his best for his family and you know, we got to move on. The next guy got to step up and understand, you know, it's it's a bigger role to play than just being a quarterback because Kurt was a good player on and off the field. So, you know, we just got to step it up and then move on, you know, it's just one of those transitions we going to have.

Neo

Vitaminwater has been my wingman. That keeps me through the day.

Young Hollywood

Look, who's your wingman? Do you have one out here?

Neo

Vitaminwater.

Young Hollywood

It is?

Neo

Yes.

Young Hollywood

What's your favorite flavor? Which one?

Neo

Um, I like the mango and I like the tea one.

Young Hollywood

Tea one?

Neo

Yeah.

Young Hollywood

So if you were to actually name your own Vitaminwater, what would you name it and what would you put in it?

Neo

Nayo punch. It has Nayo punch. It would have a little bit of uh, recovery in it, a little bit of energy booster for the morning and um, just something to keep you going on through the day. Not something to make you hit the wall, something better than five-hour energy drink.

Young Hollywood

Exactly. We got to get one for this guy.

Neo

Yes, please, help me out. Nayo punch. And I and I have it like a crazy color like a dark green and black, you know, something sick.

Young Hollywood

So you have to be a big sports nut. You know, you're the one that actually gets those guys to learn how to dance. You really know how to do that with these guys.

Guest

You know, they're amazing. I just went to Jerry Rice's event, the uh, last night, and he's such a classy guy. I love Jerry. He did an amazing job on the on Dancing With The Stars and one thing when you have an athlete, they have the discipline and they know what it takes to do the best that they can, to do a good job. So, you know, they never have an issue, it's like we have to rehearse more. They're like, they're always ready and they put in 150%, which is, you know, the best for dancers.

Young Hollywood

How do you feel about him being inducted into the Hall of Fame? That's so exciting.

Guest

Oh, I am so happy for Jerry. He totally deserves it. If there is a classy guy who is an incredible athlete, it's Jerry.

Young Hollywood

So if you were to play football, what team would you play on?

Guest

Hopefully the Falcons. I'm a Falcons fan, you know, all my whole life I I watched the Falcons. I grew up in Atlanta, so.

Young Hollywood

What do you think is maybe like a few moments that your most memorable moments with the boxing career?

Guest

Well, you know, uh, becoming the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world in 1990. And of course, uh, beat Mike Tyson, beat Riddick Bowe, and you know, and beat John Ruiz. I'm the only guy that's ever been a heavyweight champion four times and uh, I kind of look forward to being the champion this year. That sometime in uh, uh, August.

Neo

This is Neo, aka The Gentleman. Y'all know what you're watching. Young Hollywood. Pretty people all day long. Love you to death. Peace and love.
