Minnesota Vikings talk Brett Favre

What's up guys? It's Michelle Marie with Young Hollywood. And invited the water, I am here with Sydney Rice, here of the Minnesota Vikings. Now, it was so funny. We just saw the little mascot walk by. You guys should have punched him in the face.

Uh no, we wouldn't do that. That's our guy. That's our guy, Victor.

That's your guy, Victor? Yeah. Cool. Cool. So, we're here at Super Bowl. We're at the celebrity beach bowl on the sand, watching all these celebrities take on other players. How are you feeling about the game?

It's pretty interesting. You got the girls out there catching more passes than the guys, so I really don't know what's going on out there.

Who is the tightest end out there?

Someone does. I'm I'm still looking. I'm still looking.

You guys had such an amazing season and I I just have to say congratulations on how far you guys really did get in the playoffs. How do you feel about the performance you did this season?

Uh first of all, thanks and I mean I feel like it was it was a real good season. We gave it a real good shot uh there at the end. We had opportunities to win, but we just couldn't get the job done. So, it's it's it's something to build on next year. Uh yeah. We set our standards pretty high. We're hoping to be back in the same position and have the opportunity to win that game next year.

So, what do you guys think you could have done differently to actually win the game?

Uh It could have been a number of things. First of all, is uh holding on to the ball. Yeah. Uh less turnovers. I think we had six turnovers and it's real hard to win with with six turnovers in this league.

Yeah. Well, I have to say Brett Favre did an amazing job, especially with how old he is and where he's at in his career, he has so much motivation. How was it working with him this year the first time?

It's great. It's great. I enjoyed it. Um, Brett's a real good friend, he's a real good guy and uh hopefully we'll have him back next year. I learned a lot. I I learned a whole lot from Brett.

Is there any specific advice he gave you this year that really stuck with you?

Me and Brett talk all the time. It's a whole lot of stuff. So, he just he just basically gave me the confidence I needed to be a successful receiver in this league.

Uh huh. How do you love Miami so far?

I love Miami. The weather, women, uh it's beautiful out here. It's a great place to be.

How many cutaways are we going to see of Kim Kardashian? How many? You know what I'm saying? I wish Peyton had a celebrity wife, though, so we could we could match celebrity wives against uh the teams. If you could pick a celebrity wife, who would it be?

I like Nicole Scherzinger. She's gorgeous.

She is she is gorgeous. I I know someone that knows her people. Sanchez is gorgeous. Yeah. I have to say, like congratulations on your success this year. You guys really had an amazing season, an amazing run. How do you feel about your performance?

Uh good. I feel good about it. Uh the last game didn't end up the way we wanted to, but it's all right. We got I mean, we're getting better, so that's the good thing.

You made that clutch catch and I was totally cheering for you on that. I mean, you really had a really good a good look this year. Um, you know, what is it like, you know, even getting that far in the playoffs? What was the feeling like?

Uh it's great. I mean, it'd be better if we would have been playing in this game, but I mean, it's great. We're we're getting better and that's that's the main goal. Uh every year we're proving and and so we're we're happy with the season.

And we talked to you last time when Brett Favre was in talks to actually be with the Vikings.

Should be a good season. I mean, we got a lot of good talent on the team. We're young and we're working in the right direction right now. I know a lot of the Brett Favre talk has been going on. We don't know if it's going to happen or not, but if it does, I mean, we're we're going to open with with welcoming arms.

What was that like having Brett with you on that team?

Oh, it was great. He's a good uh great dude. Fro besides football, off the field, he's a funny dude. Great to be around. In football, I mean, it speaks for ourselves. Everybody knows football.
