Is Barry Bonds a Fan of the X-Games?

Welcome to Young Hollywood. com. What's up Young Hollywood? It's Michelle Murray here at the Key Club in Hollywood for the Oakley X Games party. We're also going to check out a special performance by the mastermind himself, T-Pain. You won your first gold medal with X Games at 13 years old. How did you know you were going to beat out all those guys that have been doing it for years?

I don't think I knew I was going to beat them. I kind of came into it like I was so blessed to be there, you know. I was 13, just turned pro and got invited to the X Games. I was like, cool, I'm just going to go skate. And then I won, so it was cool.

What do you expect with the X Games this year? What are you going to do to focus?

I'm just trying to go out and win, trying to go out and have some fun with my friends and you know, just try to get a good finish.

This is my homeboy, me and JJ out here having a good time. We trying to represent. You know, going to enjoy the show, party. All the people, it's great.

So you're a big T-Pain fan, huh? I'm all that. Collaborating with everybody. What's up with him? He's everywhere these days.

Obviously, everyone knows you from baseball. What is it about X Games you think that draws such a crowd?

'Cause it's the everyday person, man, and they're making things happen. No, especially like 'cause I got a home up in Aspen. I love the X Games up in Aspen. That was awesome with the snowboarders and skiers and everything. It's awesome. Just what they can do. They fly, you know. To me I see X Games is like watching Michael Jordan.

Totally. If you could trade places with one X Games athlete, who would you trade places with?

I wouldn't trade with any of them 'cause they're more talented than I am.

If you could actually have a power and do one of these sports, what do you think you'd want to do?

I tried motocross recently on the dirt bike and uh, I loved it. It's so funny. I got a little scrape on my little dirt bike thing, whatever and uh, I was just going to go home and tell all these like outlandish stories like I was like jumping over a truck and then there was like an eagle flying my way and like I did a flip and then I saved a cat on the way down and just ridiculous.

Who's your favorite X Games athlete?

I guess I'd have to go all the way back to the original Tony Hawk and he kind of started it all.

Are you a big fan of X Games?

I love X Games. Yeah, everyone does.

What's your favorite sport?

Surfing, actually. I'd love to be able to surf. But skiing, any of it. I can't do really any of it.
