MMA Fighting with Ryan Sheckler + Lil' Jon

Welcome to younghollywood.com. I'm Michelle Hummel. We're here with Ryan Sheckler. Now Ryan, this is a big night for your hosting event that's obviously really close to your heart.

It's a full MMA fight which is, you know, one of my hobbies. We're throwing on a great fight that's helping the Road to Recovery and Talk Us. It's, uh, it's just a good cause. Everyone likes to see a little fight here and there.

I see you're wearing some bling tonight.

Yeah, we got a little bit on. Just, you know, brought out a few of the jewels. Trying to, trying to keep a little icy.

Where's your pimp cup?

Uh, no pimp cup, I don't have a pimp cup. I keep it OG.

Can we expect you to get in the ring and mess up this pretty face?

I'll definitely get in the ring and definitely fight next year. I got elbow surgery, uh, six days ago. You know, I'm a little bit out right now, but yeah, definitely next year for this same event I'll, I'll be fighting.

We also have Lil Jon tonight. Now, last time Young Hollywood talked to you, you were palling around with Lil Wayne. If you could trade places with any other person like an actor, another athlete, what would you do just for a day?

I'd trade places with my friend Lil Wayne.

Lil Wayne's your homie, huh?

Yeah, he's one of my friends. Yeah.

Is there a pre-req that everyone's got to be Lil?

Uh, I don't think it's that. I just think it's the people I hang out with, you know, it just happens that way, but, uh, you know, I'm a big fan of Lil Jon.

How do you like working with Ryan Sheckler?

Oh man, you know, it's the homie, man. I've known him for since he was a kid and just seen him grow up and just get better and better every year and do his thing and now giving back to the community. Doing something special out here in the OC with the ultimate fighting and the concert in the middle like that hasn't even been done. There was just a great energy and it's a good time. People came out to support, I mean, for a good cause and see some good fights.

Now Lil Jon has, uh, a clothing line, BME. He's a smart guy and he got, uh, he got the BME clique straight out of rap and put it into action sports. So we put it together so it's like skaters collading with rappers. BME clique. They love you.

You have an awesome website. What do you love to surf on the internet?

I'm a big YouTube guy. I look at all the random videos, uh, a lot of fights, random car crashes. I, I watch, I watch a bunch of everything, huh? Yeah, so YouTube's my favorite. I don't have a MySpace or, uh, Facebook or any of that. It's too hard.

What are you obsessed with right now?

I just bought a Ferrari. So I'm pretty obsessed with my new car. Yeah, I got, uh

What color?

It's a black Ferrari 430.

Is it a chick magnet?

Uh, I mean, I don't know really if it's, uh, if it's a chick magnet, but it definitely helps.

You can fit more people in than a skateboard.

Right, exactly. It's only one passenger. So, you know, you gotta try to choose wisely.

How long has the Sheckler Foundation been going on?

About eight months now.

As you grew older, have you found that it's actually growing closer to your heart to get more involved with the community?

When I started skateboarding and all I wanted to do is skate. You know, now I'm getting older and I realize what career I've made for myself. Makes me feel better than making money, than to give money.
