Hey guys, Jessica Smith here at X Games 18 here at the Staples Center Nokia theater.
Hey guys, here with Dave Mirra, always running into you at X Games.
So is your hand tired because you always have fans waiting for an autograph?
No, no, it's good, it's good.
It's been year.
It's year's of practice.
A lot of fans.
So what are you looking forward to most here at X Games?
You know what, um, go out and have a good race.
Um, Rally Cross is, is a ton of fun.
Um, when it comes down to the race, it's it's pretty gnarly.
I mean it there's a lot of a lot of banging doors and uh, you gotta have some luck on your side as well.
So it'll be good.
I'm looking for just a good solid race and hopefully um, come away with a medal.
Now, a lot of guys are now like from moto and skate like going into Rally Car racing.
Do you think it's becoming more popular?
I think it is for sure and it's it's a great transition for us coming from such a physical aspect or physical sport that wears your body out for sure, getting injured and and all that and getting into a car is and especially GRC former racing is right up our alley, so it it that's it fits well.
Now, what's one of like the worst breaks or worst injury you've ever had?
You know what, either spleen or uh, lacerated liver, that's pretty gnarly.
Now, I want to see you on your gold bike again.
Because I witnessed it a few years ago.
Are you ever gonna ride that again?
You know what, probably not but but, you know, maybe a, maybe a similar one maybe someday.
But for right now, I haven't competed in um, in over a year now and I'm kinda not sure what I'm doing.
Yeah.
Well thank you so much.
We'll let you get back to your schedule but thank you so much.
Thank you.
