So it's quite interesting because we're here on a field, uh, right behind us. You see there's like a huge game going on. What brought you guys out to today's game?

You know, we didn't know much about the sport. So we're like, it's kind of a cool, unique opportunity. These guys are awesome. It's it's super fun to watch and uh yeah. They're here. They're huge.

They are. They're like burly football players. Like very, very big burly.

No, football players have pads. These guys have elbow pads. They're much the same size as football players minus pads.

Let's talk about, you know, the success you guys have had. Congratulations on the success. Whisper War has done really well. Your single bounce. I mean, everyone knows that song. Tell me about the journey for you guys. How did it all come about?

I don't think I knew that we would like be in a, you know, on a record label, being in a band. We kind of did it as a hobby in high school. Um, you know, I was going to college. He was going to work on uh, work with his dad, uh, you know, be a dentist probably, right? That's what you want to do. So it's like, and you were doing real estate. So it's like, we were all doing different stuff. The band was just like something to do, you know, on the side that we enjoyed doing. Right. And um, you know, it caught the attention of Panic! at the Disco and then Fall Out Boy. And then um, then it was like awesome. You know, we didn't, this isn't what we were going for but, you know, it's better than any other job. So

Well, it's funny you say that because I've actually talked to Panic! at the Disco and they were saying how, you know, Pete heard how they like sent in their music and Pete heard the music. How did everyone get wind of your music? Did you guys

It was Panic!. It was like Panic! paying it forward. It was like Panic! paying it forward because they got found through like a demo. And um, I was at a show and I never carried demos around. Like, I'm not the type of guy like, take my demo, you know. I had a marketing team. No. But I had one. My friend had it in her purse. So, saw some of the Panic! dude uh, Panic! dudes at a concert, gave them a demo. Uh-huh. And then they listened to it. They they were like, Alex, to be honest, we thought it was going to be like horrible. You know, we thought it was just going to we're going to put it in like, oh, this is entertainment for the ride home. Yeah, yeah. And they're like, and then we really liked it. You know, like, we liked your voice, we liked the songs. And then they signed us.

So if you guys are to compare yourselves to other bands, like, what would your like, how would you describe your genre and like, maybe like

Metallica. Metallica. Slipknot. Slayer. We wear we wear a mask now on stage. This is a mask. You can't tell. It's a very good mask. Look at this. It's a mask. If you wanted to be serious, like Maroon 5, you know, or or even like Justin Timberlake inspired like rock music, you know. Yeah.

So you guys are going to perform tonight. What are we going to hear?

Uh, all of our songs. Uh, a few of our songs. Okay. And um, a couple of covers acoustic.

Very cool. What covers are we looking forward to?

We're going to do "Down" by Jay Sean. And um

Are you serious?

Yeah, because people kept saying like, oh, you sound just like that guy. Like, that sounds like, yes, I'm like, all right, we're going to do it then. See how it goes.

Tell me what it's been like on tour and if you have maybe a story you could tell us about that, it's maybe the craziest one.

Crazy story, a bad story. Crazy one. Girl came up to us with a with a cake. Uh-huh. And it was awesome and I'm like, I love cake. I'm like, oh my god, I'm gonna chow down on this. And she goes, I baked my blood into it. And my And at that moment it was just like the Twilight thing. It's just gone a little too far. You know. little creepy. The whole Edward Cullen thing has just stepped right over the edge and I was I was a little freaked out. So I I I ate the cake and it was really good but other than that.

So now you guys have like security at all times.
