What is the secret to being sexy, to being a burlesque dancer? Self-confidence and body awareness. And it really comes from within, like I'm a big believer in that. What about the band? That's Willie McNeal. He's fabulous. I'm the musical director and the drummer. I write the arrangements for the dancers. And then I have to stand their abuse on a nightly basis. Burlesque body, I created because two things women always ask me were, how can I dance like that and how do you get the body?

You push, you squat and push out. Feeling it in my behind. You do that and then you'll start to like feel your quads burning a little bit and then you'll go back to bumping and grinding.
