Welcome to Younghollywood. com. Hey guys, I'm Tatiana Diana with Vitamin Water and Young Hollywood. We're at a Paddle Jam where we're hanging out with some of your favorite celebrities getting their ping-pong on for charity. Tell me how you got involved with this.

Uh, well, you know, ping-pong's always a great way to not only talk smack. It's great for charities, it's a lot of fun. Uh-huh. You know, everybody kind of plays. If you've been to college, you probably play a little bit more. And maybe we'll try to make something into a cup of beer and get somebody to drink.

Well, since people are talking smack, I was saying that George is going to bring the heat. Yes. And I said you were going to bring it.

It's always about me. It's always about talking smack to me. Yes. I intend to uh, you know, kind of sucker them in and then just kill them with overhead. And Greg and I are huge big partners because we're big dudes and we can uh take up a lot of the, a lot of the table.

What are the essentials of being a ping-pong champion? Like you look to be.

Well, you you have to have, you know, you have to have balls. Uh-huh. Uhm.

Does it matter with size? You want to talk about.

No, as long as they're made of steel, I would say. Right. Steel balls. Steel balls. Under pressure. Uh, they could be as small as BBs or as large as cannons. Uh-huh.

Wow. That that's deep.

You know, both steel. Both steel. Yeah. You know. If they're shaped like a pellet, you're doing bad. Yeah. But uh, you need those under pressure, you know, match point, you need to draw upon your own ping-pongs if you will. Yeah. And you must have a a active paddle.

Oh, of course.

Off off court. Your paddle must remain active.

You look like you're ready to ping-pong it out.

I'm ready to ping-pong it out. I say what I lack in skill, I make up in spirit. Fake it 'til you make it. It might be ugly, but I talk a lot of smack.

And besides ping-pong, obviously, it's great charities. Any charities that you support?

Yes, I am ping-ponging for um Use Mentoring Connection, and they're great because they focus on young people and um at-risk kids who kind of come from neighborhoods where there's like a 27% high school graduation rate. And they connect them to mentors and bring them to like adult workplaces. So it's pretty cool. And they have um a 97% graduation rate.

So, are you ready to paddle and jam?

Totally. Uh, yeah, it's the Paddle Jam. Um, well, George, you know, Lopez is just an amazing guy. He asked me to be his partner in this.

I mean, you can say no. George Lopez is your partner? That's just. The coolest thing ever. You guys are going to kill it.

Oh yeah, we're going to kill it. I mean, it's G. I. Joe and Grani. Come on. It's done. It's done. Let's just in the brackets, let's just go all the way to the end and just put our names up. It's done.

What's like your signature move? You know some people, some people like to do this.

I I got two fingers. Uh-huh. I'm like, yo, what's up? It's a diversion. Look at this. Watch this. I'm going to kill this. Be with us. But I like to do this and then I sneak it down. It's it's pretty good. And most of my stuff's backhand. Uh-huh. I'm one of those guys.

You're a backhand like bitch slapper.

Total backhand bitch slapper. I uh I was my wife and I had some fun with the paddle last night. Just just to get my wrist loose, Young Hollywood. That's all.

So obviously you're here supporting Rock the Vote. Right. Tell us about how you're involved with that?

Well, you know, uh Rock the Vote is something that I've always been a part of and something that means a whole lot to me, you know, just getting people involved in the process. And of course, you know, we did a very, very good job in the last election, you know, and we just trying to keep people motivated and keeping moving in the right direction.

That's amazing. And are you good at ping-pong?

No, I suck.

You suck.

I'm just here, you know, if if it's if I'm playing against a bunch of men, I'm going to look really mean. Yeah. But then if I'm playing against girls, I'm going to be like I want to go there actually. And hopefully they'll miss the ball. Oh, they will. Definitely be that.
