Welcome to younghollywood. com. Hey everyone, it's Michelle Mari. I am here with Kimora Lee. We are no stranger to style and your such an icon in this style game. What's going on with your show? Because I wanna know what's up with uh, yeah.
Life in the fab lane and then there's a baby special that we did because I just had a baby, like eight months old. So I did a whole special on having the baby and
How do you balance it all? That's just one of the questions I really wanted to ask.
I have three kids, I have great family, I mean I have great help but it's really tough and I'm a hands-on mom. I'm on my second marriage and my partner, Jaimon, my hubby, he's like very supportive and I think it really counts to be grounded at home. I think that's really what it takes. So you could be in the industry and you can have your fun but when you get home at night and it's just you and your family, I think that's what's important.
Absolutely. Now you also dabble in different things. You have a fragrance line, you have your own line fragrance coming out, Love Me at babyfats. com. I have a new clothing line called Couture, which is exclusive to Macy's. Now, how do you actually keep your creative process very fresh, especially getting new styles and all that stuff like that?
I travel a lot. I'm really into the music and the entertainment side of it so it takes me all over the world. I get a lot of inspiration from like everyday people that are running around everyday young women and men, and I really try to keep my finger on the pulse of, you know, what's hot.
Who do you think is like maybe a style icon that you really love from the past?
Diana Ross. She's like an original diva too.
If you were to give maybe some advice to those out there to actually have the perfect classic style. What would you put together? If you were to have like the perfect three classic pieces?
I would put together a pencil jean, a great pump, and a sleek blazer. No always see hot. It's very rock and roll and you can grab your hubby's blazer if you don't have one. Hey what's up? I'm Kimora Lee Simmons.
