Dove Cameron rose through Disney Channel as the dual lead of Liv and Maddie and the iconic Mal in the Descendants franchise before reinventing herself as a moody, theatrical pop artist. Her breakout single "Boyfriend" went platinum and earned her a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist.
